KAILASA ALANGULAM On 22/7/2025
With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ALANGULAM celebrated the extremely auspicious occasion of Gurupoornima on 22/7/2025. This sacred day was dedicated to honoring the Guru Principle and THE SPH's tireless dedication to the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma. The day’s activities centered around the comprehensive Laghu Puja, performed as part of the daily Nithyotsavam rituals, which featured the profound spiritual offering of 108 *neivedyams* to THE SPH. Following the spiritual rituals, KAILASA ALANGULAM expanded its commitment to humanitarian service by conducting a large-scale Annadhan, ensuring nourishment for 100 beneficiaries. These acts of devotion and service exemplified KAILASA's mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity by honoring the ancient Hindu civilization.
Laghu puja
The auspicious day of Gurupoornima was commemorated at KAILASA ALANGULAM with deep devotion through the daily Nithyotsavam and the performance of the Laghu Puja. This sacred ritual is a foundational Hindu spiritual technology designed to connect the devotee with THE SPH, enabling them to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. Gurupoornima, a day celebrating the grace of the Guru, amplified the spiritual potency of the rituals, creating an environment charged with transformative energy for all participants.
As a high point of the Gurupoornima celebration, a special offering of 108 *neivedyams* (sacred food preparations) was made to THE SPH. This extensive offering symbolizes comprehensive gratitude and devotion, following ancient Hindu traditions to honor the divine presence of the Guru. The dedicated services of the devotee documented for this specific ritual ensured the successful completion of the Laghu Puja and associated offerings, marking a powerful milestone in KAILASA ALANGULAM’s commitment to the revival of Hindu rituals.
Following the sacred offerings, the blessed food was immediately transitioned into a humanitarian service through the Annadhan program. This initiative, integral to THE SPH’s global vision, aims at providing food security and sustainable nourishment to all beings, regardless of race, religion, or nationality. On this sacred day, the Annadhan program successfully served nourishing vegetarian meals to 100 people, integrating selfless service (*seva*) seamlessly with spiritual practice and contributing to THE SPH's humanitarian mission of serving over 3 billion free organic vegetarian meals worldwide to date.
