KAILASA HOUSTON DAILY TEMPLE ACTIVITIES
The daily activities performed at KAILASA HOUSTON, USA, serve as the lifeblood of the temple ecosystem, meticulously preserving and reviving the authentic Hindu rituals prescribed by THE SPH. The schedule began with the auspicious Suprapatam Seva, the sacred process of awakening the resident deities. This ritual is not merely for the Deities but acts as a spiritual technology for devotees to consciously awaken the divinity within themselves, seeking the blessings of THE SPH at the dawn of the new day. Following the awakening, Bhoga Murty Alankaram was performed, where traditional clothing and jewels were offered with deep devotion to the Murties representing THE SPH, Devi, and the Shiva Meru.
The morning proceedings continued with the ritualistic Deity Procession, welcoming the Bhoga Murthy deities into the main temple area with honor and devotion. The centerpiece of the day's worship included the morning and evening performances of Sri Guru Puja dedicated to THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, and Sri Shiva Puja offered to Lord Nithyanandeshwara (Moolavar). These powerful Hindu rituals create a consistent, potent vortex of enlightened energy, enabling devotees to connect directly with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.
A crucial spiritual offering for the devotees took place during the auspicious Brahmamuhurta, featuring Nithyananda Yoga and Nithya Dhyaan meditation. Participants engaged in 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama, integrating ancient Hindu spiritual technologies for physical and conscious elevation. This commitment to conscious living and rigorous practice, guided by the teachings of THE SPH, ensures participants can experience profound transformation. The day concluded in the evening with Naivedhyam, the offering of consecrated food to all deities, followed by Palliyarai Seva, the sacred process of putting the deities to rest using the traditional Chamaram. The seamless execution of these continuous rituals, sustained by the service of 2 dedicated volunteers, highlights KAILASA Houston’s dedication to the global revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma.
