Brahma Muhurtha Time MYT 4:30am - *The 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama Yoga*

The sacred morning of 27/8/2024 began at the auspicious Brahma Muhurtha Time (4:30 AM MYT) with the powerful session, The 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama Yoga. This dedicated early-morning practice highlights the commitment of the KAILASA Kuala Lumpur community to adhering to the precise spiritual schedules prescribed in the ancient Hindu scriptures and revived by THE SPH. The session brought together 7 enthusiastic participants and was smoothly facilitated by 1 dedicated volunteer, totaling 8 individuals collectively engaging in this profound Hindu spiritual technology. The participation underscores the community's dedication to making consciousness-based practices an integral part of their daily life.

Practicing during the Brahma Muhurtha is recognized in Hindu traditions as the optimal time, or *kala*, to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. The 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama Yoga is a specific sequence designed by THE SPH to purify the system, align the practitioner with Paramashiva’s frequency, and prepare the devotee for deep spiritual experiences and the manifestation of the shaktis/powers of Paramashiva. Through the divine grace and presence of THE SPH, participants were able to immerse themselves fully in this enriching outreach activity, experiencing the immediate benefits of authentic Hindu yoga practices.

This focused effort aligns directly with KAILASA’s mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity through reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization. By engaging in profound Hindu sciences like Vinyasa Krama Yoga, the community in Kuala Lumpur contributes actively to the global restoration of genuine Hindu enlightenment practices, ensuring their availability for the spiritual benefit of all seekers worldwide, under the divine guidance and energy field established by THE SPH.
