Czech Sangha started evolving in 2014. First programs have been conducted in Prague (capital of the Czech Republic) by Slovakian sangha members. Since then, Czech sangha started evolving and growing. Dozens of programs took place and dozens of people interested in Swamiji’s teachings went to India for programs like Inner Awakening, Nithyanandoham, Sadashivoham, Paramashivoham, Kumbh Mela and others to be closer to Swamiji, to have personal experience and change their lives. Thanks to more and more programs’ participants and graduates, sangha started growing and spreading all over the country also into other cities like Brno, Plzen, Svetla nad Sazavou and Valasske Mezirici.
Being one country with Slovakia in the past - former Czechoslovakia, our nations are very close, live in brotherhood and their languages are very similar. This enabled Slovak sangha members to conduct programs also for Czech people with no language barrier and bring them closer to Swamiji, closer to Hinduism, closer to Enlightenment.
In 2018 in Brno, Czech Republic hosted the Paramashivoham World Tour of initiated disciples of the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam.
Swamiji inaugurated Slovak/Czech sangha as Sarvajnapeetha Slovakia. Slovak & Czech sangha is not big, but it is unique. Our members are people of all backgrounds, all professions, wide range of age and both Czech and Slovak nationalities. In the Czech Republic we also have a base of loyal volunteers, who are ready to support us when needed. We launched several web pages and FB pages, translated several Swamiji’s books and we provide daily live translation of Swamiji’s satsangs.
