With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA PONDICHERRY celebrated the sacred Navarathiri festival on 9/10/2024. This auspicious day marked a powerful spiritual offering centered around the Navarathiri Kolu Puja dedicated to Sri Durga Devi, symbolizing the victory of good over evil and the manifestation of divine feminine energy (Shakti). The celebrations included elaborate Alankarams (decorations) for Devi and Paramashiva, along with profound Hindu rituals such as Shiva Puja, Kumkum Archana, and Vilakku Puja. Following the spiritual ceremonies, a blessed Annadan (food offering) was performed for all attendees, reinforcing KAILASA's commitment to the global humanitarian mission of ensuring food security for all beings and upholding the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization. The entire event was executed flawlessly by 5 dedicated volunteers, showcasing the selfless service central to THE SPH's vision.

Navarathiri festival

The Navarathiri festival at the KAILASA PONDICHERRY Aadenam was a vibrant and devout observance, integral to the revival of authentic Hindu traditions by the United States of KAILASA. The festivities centered on the Navarathiri Kolu Puja, a traditional display and worship dedicated to Sri Durga Devi. This annual celebration serves as a powerful means for devotees to invoke the grace of THE SPH and experience the powerful shaktis/powers of Paramashiva through the Divine Mother.

A key highlight of the day was the elaborate Alankaram offered to Sri Durga Devi. The deity was reverently adorned in vibrant red garments and decked with fresh garlands of traditional Hindu flowers, including hibiscus, oleander, and jasmine. Simultaneously, the manifestation of Paramashiva was also prepared with majestic decorations. These sacred offerings ensured that the spiritual atmosphere was conducive for devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, as taught through the Hindu sciences.

The spiritual schedule was rigorous and devout, commencing with the sacred Shiva Puja. This was followed by a dedicated Kumkum Archana offered to the Divine Mother and a sacred Vilakku Puja (lamp worship). All rituals culminated in the powerful Maha Mangala Arathi, signifying the removal of inner and outer darkness. The seamless execution of these deep spiritual practices was facilitated by 5 dedicated volunteers, demonstrating the profound commitment of the KAILASA ecosystem in Pondicherry to the mission of civilizational revival.

The day concluded with the serving of Annadan to all devotees. This offering of 'arusuvai annadanam' (six tastes vegetarian meal) is a core component of THE SPH’s humanitarian work, which aims to provide nourishing, organic vegetarian meals as a sacred act of service. This practice aligns directly with KAILASA's mission to ensure global food security, demonstrating the practical application of Sanatana Hindu Dharma principles in modern life under the divine guidance of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM.
