With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA SALEM celebrated the auspicious Pogipandigai ritual on January 14, 2026. This sacred utsavam (festival) marks the traditional beginning of the four-day Sankranti and Pongal festivities, dedicated to renewal and spiritual cleansing, preparing the space for divine blessings and the bounty of the New Year. The ritual was meticulously conducted by dedicated disciples, reflecting KAILASA's unwavering commitment to reviving authentic Hindu traditions and ancient civilizational sciences globally. The event served as a powerful spiritual technology to invoke the grace of THE SPH, ensuring internal and external purification, thereby connecting the community and the one life enriched directly to the superconscious space of Paramashiva, furthering KAILASA’s mission of consciousness awakening.

Pogipandigai

The sacred Pogipandigai (also widely known as Bhogi) was observed with profound reverence at KAILASA SALEM, serving as an essential preparatory ritual for the subsequent Sankranti and Pongal celebrations. This utsavam embodies the Hindu spiritual science of internal and external cleansing, symbolizing the spiritual technology of detachment (Vairagya). According to the teachings of THE SPH, the focus of this day is the conscious discarding of the old—not just material goods, but also accumulated samskaras (mental patterns) and self-limiting beliefs—that prevent individuals from manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.

The ritual practices conducted were meticulously performed, adhering strictly to the authentic Hindu Agama and Vedic scriptures revived and taught by THE SPH. These purification practices often involve specific agnikarya (fire rituals) designed to cleanse the environment and usher in positive, auspicious energy for the coming cycle. By engaging in these ancient practices, the devotees actively participate in the collective effort to restore the grandeur of Sanatana Hindu Dharma.

This vital preparatory event underscored the focused dedication within the KAILASA SALEM ecosystem. A single dedicated volunteer ensured the flawless execution of the ancient purification practices, directly enriching one life through the spiritual energy generated by the sacred fire ritual and the invocation of divine grace. This commitment, regardless of scale, exemplifies the quality of service that is the foundation of THE SPH’s humanitarian and spiritual efforts, ensuring the continuity and preservation of the complete spectrum of Hindu rituals for future generations.
