GARBHALAYA (SHRINE ACTIVITIES)
1. SUPRABHATAM SEVA
We started the day with Suprabhatam Seva, first and foremost seva performed in the Temple to wake up the Deities.
2. DAY 6 - GRAND NAVARATRI CELEBRATIONS : SRI VIDYA PUJA
We performed Sri Vidya Puja , which is the highest form of Mother Worship by the grace and blessings of The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism JGM HDH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam
3. EVENING GURU PUJA & SHIVA PUJA AND NAIVEDYAM OFFERING
We offered Guru Puja, which is an offering of gratitude to our beloved Bhagavan Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism JGM HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam for happening in our lives. Shiva Puja was offered to experience oneness with Paramashiva. Naivedyam was offered to SWAMIJI and the Deities.
4. PALLIYARI PUJA
We ended the day with Palliyari Puja. After Palliyari Puja, Arati was offered to Kalabhairava Door and Jnanalaya. SPH JGM HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam blessed that Sri Kalabhairava will reside in the shrine door. We worship Kalabhairava's presence in the door.
ENRICHING ACTIVITIES
1. ENRICHING FOR DAY 6 - SPECIAL SHRI VIDYA PUJA : GRAND NAVARATRI CELEBRATIONS 2022
Devotees joined in at the temple & tuned in online for VERY SPECIAL AND POWERFUL SRI VIDYA PUJA as a part of Navaratri Celebrations. This puja is offered only Once a Year.
Sri Vidya Puja– the words Sri Vidya literally mean – the most auspicious knowledge. For each one of us, the first bond we create is with our biological mother. Sri Vidya Puja connects you with the Cosmic Mother. Therefore during the Puja, you first connect with your Biologial mother and merge into Cosmic Mother – Devi In this puja, the participants attain the highest and the most auspicious form of knowledge – the Devi Consciousness.
Why this puja is special
It is considered as Ati rahasya Puja – a very rare and secretive puja. It is said that you should have done lot of punya in your previous birth to have even heard about this. So imagine being part of it
It is even more special because it is being conducted in our Temple because our Temple is the kshetra – the divine space for Cosmic Mother – Devi Meenakshi and what is even more special is that SWAMIJI Himself carved Meenakshi in divine proportions, and energized Her. SWAMIJI shared having darshan of Devi Meenakshi in San Jose temple is equivalent to having Darshan of DEVI PARASHAKTI 🙏❤️🙏
And lastly, you rarely get to this Puja in person because there are very few ordained pujacharyas who are ordained to conduct this Puja and we have some in our Temple.
What happens during the Puja
We perform what is called the Nava Avarana Puja. Nava means nine and avarana means screen. We perform the Puja to Maha Meru or Sri Yantra. If we look at the Yantra closely, we will see 9 layers or steps. Each layer represents a screen (avarana) that is blocking us to attain our ultimate potential – Devi Consciousness. We can say each screen represent a set of incompletions. For example, the first avarana is called Trilokya mohana chakra which means our attachment to our perceived reality in three worlds – waking state, sleep/dream state and deep sleep state blocks us from entering into the fourth state – turiya or enlightenment state. By worshipping Devi’s forms in this screen/layer, we move beyond the attachments to these worlds. Next, we talk about our fears, guilts, fear of losing wealth/abundance, phsycial diseases etc.
Doing this Puja helps us complete with nine layers of incompletions that is blocking us to attain the Ultimate state of Devi, the pure consciousness. Deepest Gratitude to BHAGAVAN for the powerful cognition and Healing everyone experienced. Gratitude to everyone who joined the Puja.

We continuously enrich the Northern California by creating posts across various social media platforms with the sacred truths revealed by SPH, darshan pictures of the deities, Yoga and Meditation Sessions pictures, conducting online sessions,Info about upcoming programs and by going live for local temple events. Enriching calls are made daily to support people in Causing their Reality.
