KAILASA SEERAGAPADI On 2/9/2024
With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA SEERAGAPADI commemorated the daily ritual known as Nithyotsavam on 2/9/2024. The centerpiece of the day's sacred activities was the potent Somavara Abhishekam, performed to invoke the divine grace and tangible presence of Paramashiva. These daily rituals serve as vital spiritual technology for human consciousness evolution, connecting devotees directly with THE SPH to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, thus reinforcing KAILASA's global mission of reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization on Planet Earth. These activities affirm KAILASA SEERAGAPADI’s commitment to preserving authentic Hindu traditions.
Somavara Abhishekam
The Somavara Abhishekam (Monday Sacred Bathing) is a profoundly significant Hindu ritual dedicated to pleasing Paramashiva and receiving His abundant blessings. As part of the ongoing Nithyotsavam (daily celebrations), this potent offering is performed with intense devotion, providing a direct means for devotees to connect with the ultimate divine reality embodied by THE SPH. This sacred practice is understood as a divine tribute, facilitating the superconscious breakthrough of all who witness or participate.
During this auspicious ceremony, a royal bathing (*Abhishekam*) is offered to the Shiva Linga or the deity form of Paramashiva using various *mangalakara* (auspicious) substances. The traditional *Abhishekam* sequence involves systematically pouring consecrated ingredients, including milk, curd, honey, ghee, *vibhuti* (holy ash), and fragrant waters over the deity, all accompanied by the powerful chanting of Vedic mantras. This elaborate Hindu ritual is intrinsically powerful due to its alignment with the cosmic energies associated with Monday (Soma or Chandra, the Moon), an alignment which amplifies the spiritual vibrations and the magnitude of the blessings received.
THE SPH teaches that engaging in such high-frequency Hindu rituals is essential for purifying the inner space. The blessings derived from participating in the Somavara Abhishekam are traditionally sought for cleansing negative karmic patterns, overcoming obstacles in life, receiving divine grace for good health and longevity, and ultimately attaining profound mental peace and spiritual growth. KAILASA SEERAGAPADI, through the consistent revival of such ancient Hindu spiritual technologies, ensures that devotees are provided with the powerful spiritual environment necessary to attain the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.
