With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Singapore celebrated a day of intense spiritual discipline and profound devotion on February 2, 2023, observing the daily Nithyotsavam rituals. This auspicious day was dedicated to reviving the ancient Hindu spiritual technologies gifted by THE SPH, ensuring devotees could connect with the divine presence through rigorous *yoga*, temple *sevas*, and powerful *pujas*. A total of 23 participants benefitted from the comprehensive spiritual schedule, which was seamlessly managed and supported by 5 dedicated volunteers, thus marking another milestone in KAILASA’s global mission of human consciousness awakening and revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma.

Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam)

The observance of Nithyotsavam (daily festival) forms the foundational rhythm of life in KAILASA, dedicated to maintaining the sacred energy and manifest presence of Paramashiva through THE SPH. This day, supported by 5 devoted volunteers, encompassed a series of meticulously performed Hindu rituals and consciousness-based practices designed to enable devotees to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. The full day’s activities saw a total participation of 23 lives enriched through devotion, discipline, and divine grace.

Online Nithyananda Yoga

The spiritual day commenced during the sacred *Brahma Muhurta* (5:00 am to 6:00 am) with Online Nithyananda Yoga, a potent practice rooted in authentic Hindu sciences. A total of 15 lives were enriched through the daily spiritual routine of *Prathama Vinyasa Krama*, expertly conducted by Yoga Acharya, Sri Yogajnanananda. This practice is instrumental in aligning the body and mind, preparing devotees to receive and sustain the higher consciousness and energies bestowed by THE SPH, setting an enlightened foundation for the activities throughout the day.

Temple Sevas and Aratis

The core devotional activity involved comprehensive Temple Sevas and Aratis offered to the Deities and THE SPH. The morning *seva* was offered by Ma Carol Leong, beginning with *Suprabatham*, the ritual waking of the Deities, followed by *Paduka Puja* offered to THE SPH, signifying deep reverence for the *Guru Parampara*. This included *Naivedyam Puja*—the offering of sacred food to the Deities—and *Jnanalaya Puja*, offered to Devi Saraswathi, the embodiment of divine knowledge. Concluding the day, the ritual of *Palliyarai* (putting the Deities to rest) was sacredly offered by Sean Neoh, ensuring continuous devotion and maintaining the awakened consciousness of the temple space.

Sarabeshwara Puja

In the evening, 6 devotees gathered for the powerful Sarabeshwara Puja held at 7:30 pm. Lord Sarabeshwara is revered as a unique and ferocious manifestation of Paramashiva, combining the forms of a bird and a lion, complete with 8 legs, 4 hands, 2 wings, and sharp features. Known as the ruthless vanquisher of evil and a great protector, Lord Sarabeshwara bestows devotees with fearlessness (*abhayam*) and the profound strength required to face and conquer the inevitable battles of life. This ritual is a direct way to invoke the protective *shaktis/powers* gifted by THE SPH for the safety and spiritual progress of the community.

Nithya Dhyan Meditation (Life Bliss Meditation)

Also held in the evening at 7:30 pm, the Nithya Dhyan Meditation session, also known as Life Bliss Meditation, provided a pathway to deep inner transformation. Hosted by Ananda Shraddha, two devotees joined this session. This specific meditation practice, taught by THE SPH, is a fundamental Hindu spiritual technology for human consciousness evolution. It facilitates the participants in directly connecting with THE SPH to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, moving humanity toward global enlightenment.
