This auspicious day began with the BM PVK (Brahma Muhurta Prana Veera Kriya) session, an essential daily spiritual technology gifted by THE SPH to humanity. These profound practices are fundamental to KAILASA's mission of giving superconscious breakthrough, enabling devotees to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. The committed daily routine, held between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM, exemplified the devotion and spiritual rigor upheld by the KAILASA community in Singapore for the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma and the preservation of the ancient Hindu sciences of enlightenment.
BM PVK
The day at KAILASA SINGAPORE commenced with the sacred BM PVK (Brahma Muhurta Prana Veera Kriya), a specialized yoga practice held daily during the highly potent Brahma Muhurta hour (5:00 AM to 6:00 AM). This ancient Hindu science, revived and offered by THE SPH, is specifically designed to utilize the high spiritual energy present during this early morning period for maximum inner transformation. The structured practice incorporates specific asanas, breath control techniques, and deep meditative awareness, purifying the energy channels and rapidly accelerating the practitioner's alignment with Paramashiva.
