With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA SINGAPORE organized the Chinese eGurukul #4/2025 session on 31 January 2025. This dedicated educational program serves THE SPH’s mission of reviving authentic, consciousness-based education by focusing on the spiritual awakening of children. The session, supported by a dedicated volunteer, guided the two young participants through sacred Sri Guru Puja, intensive Nithyananda Yoga practices, and powerful cognitions designed to address mental restlessness through the healing power of love, enabling them to naturally manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. These eGurukul sessions are essential components of KAILASA's global initiative to transmit ancient Hindu sciences, ensuring the continuity and revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma worldwide.

The Chinese eGurukul #4/2025 session was successfully conducted by KAILASA SINGAPORE, dedicated to translating and delivering the profound Hindu spiritual wisdom in the Chinese language, thereby fulfilling a vital aspect of THE SPH's global mission to restore consciousness-based education globally. The comprehensive session saw the dedicated involvement of one volunteer, who lovingly guided the two young participants through the day’s activities. The program began on an auspicious note with the sacred Sri Guru Puja, during which the children offered deep gratitude to THE SPH for His tireless dedication and His divine grace, connecting them to the source of all enlightenment.
Following the opening rituals, the focus shifted to the practical application of Hindu spiritual technologies through the disciplined practice of Nithyananda Yoga, specifically focusing on the Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK). The physical and spiritual practice commenced with the ritualistic purification known as tattvacharamaniyam, followed by the powerful Sankalpa chanting to align the children's intention with the greater purpose of manifesting superconsciousness. The participants then proceeded to practice a series of PVK asanas, including Matsyendrasana (both left and right sides), Kubasana, and Matsyendrasana 2. These techniques are prescribed by THE SPH to cultivate physical health while systematically preparing the body for higher consciousness experiences.
A specialized component of the physical practice was the integration of Trinetra Kumbhaka, a potent breathing technique specifically utilized to strengthen the participants' resonatory system. This targeted practice enhances their capacity to hold high frequencies and resonate with the cosmic field of Paramashiva. The session culminated with intense cognition training, a direct application of THE SPH's profound psychological and spiritual teachings. This module guided the children to become deeply aware of the various manifestations of mental and emotional restlessness and emphasized how unconditional love, derived from self-realization, serves as the ultimate healing force. By understanding how to utilize their senses to experience and express this divine love, the young students are empowered to transcend internal conflicts, leading them closer to manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.
