Sunday, 15th May 2022 - Today's temple sevas and enriching activity included:

1) Online Nithyananda Yoga @ 5 am - At Brahma Muhurta, a total of 15 lives were enriched for the daily Yoga spiritual routine of Prathama Vinyasa krama conducted by our yoga acharya, Sri Yogajnanananda.

2) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva was offered by Ma Meiyun which began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities, offering Paduka puja to Swamiji, Naivedyam puja - offering sacred food to deities, Jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Sean Neoh.

3) eGurukul (English) #30 @ 3-5 pm - A total of 10 kids and 8 parents attended today’s class. The lesson plan started with the children offering Sri Guru puja to Swamiji, HDH Bhagawan Nithyananda Paramashivam. Through this puja, the children expressed their gratitude and developed feeling connection with the master. Next, the children were led into the second segment - Nithyananda Yoga practice of Prathama Vinyasa Krama which began with the ritualistic cleansing - tattvacharamaniyam followed by Sankalpa mantra chanting, a conscious resolution. Then, the children had a quick warm-up followed by skeleton dance and the following g postures with Basktrika pranayama – PHODYASANA, PARIGHASAN, NAUKASANA & RUDRA-ASANA II. Finally, they eased themselves in Shivasana for a deep relaxation, listening to om-kara mantra. As today happened to be Nithyananda Poornima, they watched a short video by Swamiji where he described his first enlightenment experience of 360-degree vision. The kids caught a glimpse of his enlightenment experience just by listening to his narration. In the last segment, we proceeded to power manifestation of Remote Vision Level 4 – scanning the house, people and what they are wearing. The Shastra Pramana from Vijnana Bhairava Tantra Sutra 92 Dharana 69 was chanted followed by the Apta pramana from the charioteer, Sanjaya who described the happening of Mahabharata war using remote vision of his 3rd eye to the King, Dhristarasthra. After the pramanas, we scanned the home of two kids – 1) colour of the house, 2) no. of bed rooms, 3) how many people live in the house, 4) the colour of the clothes of one of family members. They had fun playing with this power. Finally, the lesson concluded with the children chanting the poorna mantra.

4) Rajarajeshwari Puja @7.30 – 8.30 pm – On the evening of Nithyananda Poornima, we offered Rajarajeshwari puja to Devi Parashakti. It is the sacred ritual of worshipping the Cosmic Mother as Rajarajeshwari, the queen of the cosmos residing in the Sri Chakra. She is the one who fulfils all material needs and showers prosperity, before guiding all beings to Enlightenment. A total of 15 devotees attended this puja, conducted by Shiva Karthikeyan.
