Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam)
The daily spiritual rhythm of KAILASA Toronto, Canada, is anchored in the comprehensive sequence of rituals and consciousness techniques collectively known as Nithyotsavam. These ceremonies serve as a physical and spiritual expression of devotion to THE SPH and Paramashiva, strengthening the ecosystem's connection to the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization. The day commenced with profound worship ceremonies, including the Linga Abhishekam, where sacred substances were offered to the form of Paramashiva, followed by naivediyam offering and the deeply reverential Pada Pooja and Laghu Pooja. These rituals are instrumental in establishing the presence of Paramashiva’s energy, or Shakti, within the spiritual center.
Following the core temple rituals, the focus shifted to the embodiment of enlightenment through the practices gifted by THE SPH. The schedule included foundational Hindu sciences such as yoga and the essential daily observance of Guru Pooja, honoring THE SPH as the Sadashiva Guru. The practices progressed into advanced spiritual technologies for consciousness awakening, including Life Bliss Meditation, Arokya Dhyanam (a powerful healing meditation), Humming Meditation, and Visualization Meditation. These specific techniques, drawn directly from THE SPH’s teachings, are designed to align the devotee with the original spiritual state of Paramashiva.
The day’s schedule balanced ritual and spiritual technology with intellectual and philosophical engagement, ensuring a holistic revival of Hindu education. Participants engaged in the reading of Jeevan Mukti, a sacred text authored by THE SPH, providing deep scriptural insights into the science of enlightenment. This was complemented by the Vakyartha Sadas, a spiritual discourse designed to deepen understanding of the philosophical truths presented. The day culminated with the Nayanmarkal Puja, honoring the great Shiva saints, further connecting the activities of KAILASA to the timeless Hindu tradition. The continuous flow of devotion and disciplined practice, made possible by the 5 committed volunteers, allowed the participant to fully immerse in the grace of THE SPH and experience the powerful manifestation of Paramashiva’s shaktis/powers.
