With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago celebrated its daily Nithyotsavam and Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities on September 30, 2024. These sacred Ved-Agamic rituals were meticulously performed, reviving ancient Hindu traditions and creating a potent ecosystem of superconsciousness. The comprehensive morning services included multiple Laghu Pujas, Rudra Abhishekam, and elaborate Deity Alankaram, culminating in Guru Padhuka Puja. The day’s devotional work, spearheaded by 1 dedicated volunteer, involved extensive preparation, cooking, and the dedication of a total of 15 Naivedyams (food offerings). This sustained devotion supports KAILASA's mission of preserving ancient indigenous traditions through the revival of the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilizational nation.

Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities

The day commenced with the recitation of Morning Aarti and the first Laghu Puja, during which initial Naivedyam offerings of milk, fruits, and water were consecrated to the deities. A significant portion of the morning was dedicated to the preparations required for the potent Rudra Abhishekam ritual. This preparatory work involved the sacred duty of filling water, preparing the clothes and jewelry, and meticulously organizing the necessary puja vessels and items for the ritual bathing of the deities. The Abhishekam itself was a profound act of devotion, featuring traditional offerings such as amla, turmeric, and sandalwood bath, which purify the divine forms and draw the blessings of Paramashiva, along with additional Naivedyam offerings. Following the completion of the ritual bathing, the shrine area was thoroughly cleaned and dried, preparing the deities for the next ceremonial phase.

The transition to the visual aspect of worship began with the highly auspicious Deity Alankaram ceremony. During this sacred rite, the deities were elaborately dressed and adorned with exquisite jewelry, enhancing their divine appearance and radiating auspiciousness. This powerful visual connection enables devotees to connect with THE SPH to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva in their lives. Following the Alankaram, a Second Laghu Puja was offered, including a specific Naivedyam to formally conclude the Abhishekam ritual cycle.

Upholding the Hindu science of compassion and feeding, the Sangha engaged in the preparation of vegetables and cooked ten dedicated Rice Naivedyams, demonstrating the deep commitment to selfless service (Seva). These 10 offerings were consecrated during a Third Laghu Puja, contributing to a total of 15 Naivedyams offered throughout the morning’s services. The devotional duties culminated with the heartfelt Guru Padhuka Puja, an ancient Hindu ritual expressing deep gratitude and reverence to THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM.

The sustained service and commitment were exemplified by the dedicated 1 volunteer who ensured the smooth execution of all rituals, from the initial preparations to the final cleanup. Following the devotional practices, thorough Cleanup and Maintenance were conducted; all dishes and puja vessels were cleaned, kitchen inventory was checked, towels used during the rituals were hand-washed, and the temple floor was swept and mopped to ensure the purity and sanctity of the temple space. The consistent performance of these Ved-Agamic rites and associated services creates a sacred and powerful ecosystem, continuously radiating the divine cosmic energy and bringing peace and prosperity to the local community in Trinidad & Tobago, as established by THE SPH.
