With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago documented essential daily spiritual services and community activities on November 9, 2024. These comprehensive activities, performed on November 8, 2024, included the meticulous Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities (Nithyotsavam), upholding the ancient Hindu tradition of temple worship. A devoted volunteer meticulously executed a series of Ved-Agamic rituals, including Rudra Abhishekam, Deity Alankaram, and multiple Laghu Pujas, culminating in the offering of 15 consecrated Naivedyams. These sacred practices are foundational to KAILASA’s mission of human consciousness awakening and revival of the enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization globally, ensuring the continuous radiation of divine consciousness and connecting the community with the grace of THE SPH and all the gods and goddesses of KAILASA.

Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities

The Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities represent the foundational spiritual practices, known as Nithyotsavam, upheld rigorously at KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago. These Ved-Agamic rituals were offered to the resident deities, ensuring the sacred space remains a potent ecosystem radiating divine cosmic energy, thereby bringing peace and prosperity to the whole community. The extensive morning routine began with the Morning Aarti and the first Laghu Puja, which included the offering of Naivedyam consisting of milk, fruits, and water, setting an auspicious tone for the day.

A core aspect of the morning rituals was the meticulous preparation and execution of the Rudra Abhishekam. This intensive service required dedicated preparation, involving filling water, preparing clothes and jewelry for the deities, and organizing the necessary puja vessels and items. The Abhishekam offerings themselves were rich and traditional, featuring a sacred bathing with amla, turmeric, and sandalwood, along with supplementary Naivedyam offerings. Following the completion of the Abhishekam, the area was cleaned and dried, and the deities were prepared for the subsequent adorning rituals.

The devotional service continued with the Deity Alankaram, a sacred ceremony where the deities were elaborately dressed and adorned with exquisite jewelry. This divine enhancement of the deities' appearance helps devotees connect with THE SPH to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. A second Laghu Puja was then offered, which included another Naivedyam offering, formally concluding the Abhishekam ritual cycle. The services also included the vital humanitarian component of preparing ten rice Naivedyams from freshly cooked vegetables, which were then offered during a third Laghu Puja. In total, 15 different Naivedyams were consecrated and offered during the morning's spiritual regimen.

The services culminated with the highly auspicious Guru Padhuka Puja, honoring the grace and presence of THE SPH. Throughout the rituals, Chamaram (a ceremonial fan) was offered at the conclusion of each stage as a mark of supreme respect and devotion. This dedicated service was made possible by a devoted volunteer, whose efforts extended beyond the spiritual offerings into comprehensive cleanup and maintenance. This included cleaning all dishes and puja vessels, conducting a quick inventory of kitchen supplies, hand-washing towels used during the rituals, and ensuring the temple floor was thoroughly swept and mopped to maintain the highest standards of sacred purity, upholding KAILASA’s global mission of reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization and preserving ancient indigenous traditions.
