The SPH gave a message to the Hindu Unity Movement (HUM) conference on Apr 29, 2023 organized by Excel Foundation. "As a living representative of Paramashiva's unbroken Guru parampara, and as a successor of the Surya Vamsa Surangi Samrajyam in the lineage of Manu who established varnashrama dharma, I bless you all for protecting Hinduism and varnashrama dharma. Lets us unite together to protect Hindus and Hinduism worldwide. Blessings to all".

House of Representatives from KAILASA Los Angeles, Mahant Ma Nithya Mukthikananda and Sri Mahant Sri Nithya Mukthananda from Kailasa LA spoke about why Hindus feel that the SB-403 bill as written will only increase discrimination against Hindus. Mahant Ma Mukthika represented Kailasa LA and lit the lamp during the opening ceremony and Mahant Ma Mukthika and Sri Suhas spoke about their experience in Sacramento being in person for the protest and hearings for SB-403. Sri Mahant Sri Muktha spoke about what the SPH and Kailasa are doing to unite Hindus and for Hinduism worldwide and Mahant Ma Mukthika closed the conference by giving the conveners rudraksh mala blessed by the SPH.
