Title:

Be Aware Continuously

Description:

From the works of Living Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this clip taken from discourse titled, The Power of Sensitivity, Swamiji tells us that Shiva is now giving techniques for those of us who cannot find the time to meditate! These sutras from Shiva are from the non-technique zone. In this sutra Shiva is trying to change our being without doing. In this technique all you need to do is to remember, You Are in whatever you do. Shiva is teaching us to be aware continuously. Swamiji tells us that if we are surprised by the incidents happening in our lives, it means we are in deep slumber! If you are living in self-remembrance, you will always be moral and ethical.

Shankar Acharya madhyamam asmadaachaarya paryanthaam vande guru paramparaam I welcome you all with my love and respects today's Sutra today's subject is power of sensitivity before entering into the sutras before entering into the today's aphorism few words Shiva is entering into a new consciousness today understand he is entering into all too early a different space he's entering totally into all totally into a new space she was giving us enlightenment techniques techniques to achieve enlightenment first for the people who are eyes based means we are constantly interested in seeing more people have painters photographers who are oriented on eyes then he gave techniques for the people are oriented on yes listening musicians poets for them then he gave technique for the people who are touchy oriented we enjoy touch to really enjoy the physical pleasure for them he gave meditation technique to become enlightened now he is addressing people who can't find time means all of us people can't find time for meditation he is addressing totally different crowd different level people is altogether changing is very way of teaching tea yesterday 47 to sloka he was giving technique meditation techniques technique for and ultimate the technique is supposed to be practiced value at particular part of your life say for example morning or evening hour each technique is gossips but its own time now first time today is starting of course from today next pin techniques for the people who don't have time to do meditation separately for them he is giving I can say meditation for busy people see that's what I am surprised 10,000 years ago somebody can create a book which is directly useful and applicable which has got practical value today means the depth or the power or the clarity to look into the future just convient you can't grasp it with your logic with your intellect because 50 years ago there are so many things which we can never imagine is today reality 50 years ago if you tell somebody just bellperre just tie to yours in your computer you can know anything on the planet Earth you can get any information from anywhere nobody would have believed there would have laughed at you but today it is possible just type fewers internet opens it's totally different world internet is practically like a omnipresent omnipotent and omniscient it can tell everything all powerful and it can do anything 50 years ago nobody would have believed this but now it is reality it is happening now she is entering into the techniques which are totally different for a new crowd actually is entering into a space where the whole humanity can be transformed and one more thing today is entering into a no technique zone till today he was teaching you some technique till 47 sutras 47 aphorism he was giving so many different kinds of methods and techniques to enlightenment today is giving no technique means he is not asking you to do anything but he is leading you to enlightenment let's see how he is doing it he is trying to change your being instead of doing 3:47 Sutra he was trying to change you are doing means he was telling you to do this do that 48 Sutra he is not telling you to do anything no nothing needs to be done he is changing your being is entering into a different space different plane different kind of instruction he is coming out the different kind of instruction let me read the Sutra and will try to understand o lotus-eyed one he is addressing Devi lotus-eyed own means that person who is whose eyes are just like let us traditionally it is believed she has eyes are like a son so there is eyes are like Lotus it blooms seeing shafts eyes just like how there let us bloom seeing the Sun arise blooms see she was eyes she is addressing Devi the lotus-eyed one seed of touch when singing seeing tasting via where you are and discover the eternal presence let me read the Sutra once more so let aside one sweet of touch when singing seeing tasting be aware you are and discover the eternal presence he is not asking you to do anything nothing needs to be done there's a fast freedom for you today I am NOT going to ask you to do anything needs to be done all you need to do is to remember you are understand the difference between eating remembering you are eating you can see without remembering you are seeing or with remembrance you are seeing you can eat without remembering you are eating are with remembrance you are eating you can sing you can taste you can dance you can do anything with remembrance are without remembrance many time you can see in your life morning you will get up from your bed go to the bathroom you will brush your teeth take bath you will sit in your car reach the office only after reaching the office suddenly you will remember how you came in that whole route you will not even be remembering just tell me how many of you came to the self-awareness at least once when you draw from your home to here many won't even remember yourself even once only when you park your car and go to the office suddenly you'll remember Oh God I came through this all these routes so many activities in you are happening without your awareness without even you remembering yourself so many things so many things are happening in you without your self remembrance it's almost like sleeping sleepwalking nowadays they say people not only walk in sleep they even cook and eat no next day next day morning they will not even remember they will cook and eat not that just speaking of something from fridge and drinking they will cook and eat the other day I was reading an article about the sleep workers they will come and do all the mess in the home go back and sleep next day morning they can't remember it is they who did it only if you fix a camera next day money they will be surprised or shocked to see the camera showing them doing all these things now it became a big problem it seems in one place when doctor said that guy it is you who did it that girl was not ready to believe and he wants to sue the doctors so next day they fix the camera in his room in his bedroom camera clearly shows throughout his house they fix camera and a clearly shows house how in the sleep he comes properly goes to a refrigerator picks up things cooks yields and makes the whole thing mess and goes back and sleeps I think we are all cooking and eating in sleep that is why you don't feel responsible for your actions you blame God or fate or something or somebody else for the results or things happening in your life understand it is a very important thing if you are surprised by the incidents happening in your life be very clear you are deep slumber if you are surprised by the diseases coming to your body be very clear you are sleepwalker if you are surprised by the incidents are the depression happening in your life be very clear you are doing things in your deep sleep Tantra Tantra is the great science of enlightenment Tantra means technique understand the where is that lot of negative meaning especially in the West the Tantra means immediately associate with the physical pleasure know the word Tantra literally translated means technique technique for enlightenment this book says very clearly there is only one morality living with self-remembrance if you are living with self-remembrance your morality your ethics will be so beautiful it will be like a flower you will never give up your ethics because it will be from your deep level being ethics should be from your deep understanding only then it will stay with you you can see in your life if you don't see any cops car behind you always have a temptation to press your accelerator just five miles why not five miles why not five miles after five minutes you will be seeing you are flying twenty miles more than the speed limit any rule any morality if it comes out of your understanding only then it can be part of your life it can be part of your being if the morality is forced on you you may practice but you will feel suffocated whenever you are feeling suffocated you will try to forget those parts of your life when you try to forget those parts of your life you will reduce yourself remembrance and awareness when you are working you don't remember yourself because you don't like to work you don't to be remembered as a slave by you understand when you are working you don't remember you the self-remembrance will not be happening because you don't want to be remembered you don't want to remember you as our curve whenever self-remembrance is not happening in you look into it it means you are not interested in doing that if you are forced to do something which you are not interested you will not have self-remembrance you

Five Layers of Conditioning

Description:

From the works of Living Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this clip taken from discourse titled, The Power of Sensitivity, Swamiji talks about the five layers of conditioning that prevents us from remembering our self. 1. Annamaya or physical layer conditioning where you only identify yourself with this body, Pranic layer where all your desires reside, 3. Manomaya layer or the layer where most of our conditionings reside, 4. Conditioning related to affiliation to a language, 5. Conditioning related to family (you are father of someone, mother of someone, child of someone, etc). Many a time we miss the truth since we get caught up in these conditionings.

Shankar Acharya Madhyamam asmadacharya paryantaam vande guru paramparaam she is doing very clearly here let you remember you are you may ask then I may not remembering hold ahem you are not you remember you only with your bodies means conditionings let me describe basically these five layers of conditionings we have five layers of conditionings the first layer the annamaya physical layer conditioning you are male or female your fact art in this kind of ideas which you have about yourself you are healthy are sick this kind of conditionings most of us never use our left because you are conditioned not to use the left your left will not be so active like a right 10 gauge conditioning all conditionings related to body the first layer second is a chronic layer the second layer conditioning is your desires choice of your desires you being forced to choose something you can see even your desires you are given a choice by the society you are given a choice by that society these are the set of things from which you can choose conditioning related to your desires third important thing conditioning related to your mind this is the layer most of the conditionings are their conditioning that you belong to this nation conditioning you belong to this religion conditioning you belong to this group all these things are third layer conditioning understand when a child takes birth he doesn't belong to any religion he doesn't belong to any nation he doesn't belong to any group he belongs to planet Earth but when he grows for utility said we put so many labels on him you are in the end you are American you are this country person you are that country person we give a name beginner robust am giving passport to a child is nothing wrong it's a utility but making that as a part of his conditioning is something seriously wrong making him to internalize that is something seriously wrong every child should be taught before beginning the conditioning see all these things are utility don't make it as part of your life the Vedic tradition first finger thought is liberating them silver protecting themselves from conditioning in the Vedic tradition no faith is inserted into your head first thing your part is the Gayatri mantra which says let your intelligence be awakened let your awareness you exist being you the mantra means let me be let me meditate to awaken my intelligence my divine presence alert that higher intelligence helped me to meditate on it that's all no conditioning the word Hinduism is forced on Hinduism only after Westerners came to into India till then we did not even have the word Hinduism we did not have the word any word for our tradition it was just a way of life for anybody who has done some research and development he releases his report people follow it that's all there is no your religion the word religion was forced upon us after Western religions came to India till then Vedic tradition did not even have the word Indu ism in Norway the clitoris or the river where India ISM appears you will be surprised in no reddick literature the Hinduism where appears no because we don't believe in conditioning the third layer conditioning is the serious conditioning that you belong to religion are you belong to a country deeper layer conditioning the fourth layer conditioning there are feel affection to the language being conditioned you are Tamilian you are Gujarati you are Telugu person you are of course in this country the language conditioning is lot less because you don't have other competition very less competition English becomes somehow major language in India having 300 language 18 major language 300 minor languages with the script with our script dialects thousand eight hundred thousand eight hundred dialects without script 300 language with the script late the major language in Indian rupee if you see there will be eighteen language printed you'll be surprised in the eighteen language Indian states are being run can you imagine any document translating and moving impossible that's a nothing moves because 18 language is official language now these guys are shouting to add three more languages I don't know what will happen now I think we'll have to print the note in a bigger size now you will see the promissory note eighteen language will be printed so many language because so many language the conditioning of that language also becomes necessary now politicians are the condition hey you are Tamilian love for tamil love for this language love for your mother tongue that become one more necessary her language is just to convey the idea over what is the need to get into that what is the need to love that nonsense foolishness just to convey if you use the Torah you are supposed to love the space beyond languages not the language itself it is just created to convey as an ideology for some purpose use it when you need it when you are done with it relax from it but when you are conditioned see shoe is a shoe when you can remove and keep it if you want just as under just imagine you cannot remove that at all what will happen it's like a prison J things which you can't remove from you is binding you same way if you are conditioned to a particular language to a particular condition to particular nation to particular religion it starts suffocating you it starts suffocating you somebody goes to Ramana Maharshi a great enlightened master from Tamil Nadu they ask him you are such a great poet Tamil poet and we are so happy I am here just because seeing your party still are your power over the Tamil words he said fool you missed the whole point you should be here seeing my power over the world lessness silence not my power over the words then you missed many times we miss the truth we just get caught in conditioning Ramana Maharishi says inside my mind I don't have any word I don't have tamil I don't have any language the moment the disciples that guy the so-called disciple heard nama she does not have respect for Tamil language he ran away it is good this kind of guys ran away as early as possible the earlier they run away good for the master and the disciple good for both conditioning the fourth level conditioning is the language related condition the fifth player conditioning very important family conditioning son of this person the family heritage the family trend that conditioning is sophistical air conditioning very serious very dangerous very serious and very dangerous being proud about the family heritage people can disconnect some time from nation sometime from a language but not from family that is too much that is so in India if anybody wants to become enlightened he is asked to leave the hometown he should not live in hometown should leave the hometown he should not stay in any city or village more than a week yes to travel only if he travels and sees different kinds of conditioning he will understand everything is nothing but conditioning whatever you see whatever you think as part of you is nothing but conditioning you will never be able to understand you are lower for your language is useless when you see somebody else's love for their language when you see his love for his language is useless you will understand your love for your language is also useless when you go around the person who travels more stays in different places mixes with different kind of people will know how to come out of condition he will understand how people suffer with conditionings conditioning related to your body conditioning related to your desires conditionings related to your mind means your language religion nationality that of course your nationality and religion and the next layer for clay air conditioning related to your language switch the air conditioning of your family being proud of this one more thing not only being proud sometime you know feeling disturbed I came and want to birth this family even the Hat thread is one more conditioning even though our tradition more conditioning many time you will keep only your father as your standard just because of that you will not be able to achieve better things you you you

conditionings is God that'sall is the equation when you can- yourself when you can - all the conditioning from yourself if you can remember just yourself when you can remember just yourself suddenly you will see you are in the eternal presence you are in the eternal presence very powerful technique very simple the powerful technique just try to remember just try to remember that you are that you are here you don't even have to think your body your mind your status your position nothing just be very clear you're alive just be in that self-remembrance nothing else needs to be done for enlightenment or to achieve the best things on the planet Earth you don't need to do anything except remembering you are looks too simple that is so I very difficult when you think just remembering me how can i because you are trying your best to forget yourself all your entertainments is nothing but forgetting yourself see when you connect yourself with this five layer conditioning and remember you you are too much suffocated you are suffering with this five layer so then you try to forget yourself some way fasting remembering yourself with this five layer is the first disease and second you try to get some medication for this disease which creates more and more side effects are your entertainment is nothing but trying to forget you do not try to forget you trying to forget you will only add more and more difficulty try to remember you without your conditioning without your five layers of conditioning maybe we can try few minutes this method and I will answer all your questions before the Russian just sit with your closed eyes try to remember you are without remembering your body your mind or any other layers of conditioning whatever you know about you or whatever you start to you out you try to relax from it just remember you are just try to remember you are without remembering your mental picture about you your mental imagination about you do not remember your conditionings just remember you are let your eyes be closed just try to remember you are if you are having self-remembrance you can't have thoughts if you are having thoughts it is not self remembrance just be in self-remembrance you are Oh yawn and um you can open your eyes let you all achieve and radiate the eternal bliss Nithyananda thank you
