Darshan with The Avatar || Himalaya Yatra || 28 May 2005

Description

Name of Convention: Himalaya Yatra Date : 28 May 2005 Venue : Uttarkashi, Himalayas Title: Darshan with The Avatar

In this video, during the Himalaya Yatra on 28 May 2005, Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam gives Darshan to His devotees.

The word Darshan is traditionally used to describe the moment when an individual beholds a deity, saint, an enlightened being or an incarnation. The experience of Darshan is highly revered in Vedic tradition, as just seeing a divine or enlightened being can cleanse the karmas of lifetimes, and create deep and lasting transformation in an individual.

Although the word ‘Darshan’ is usually translated as ‘divine vision’ or ‘holy sight’, like many mystical Sanskrit words, Darshan cannot simply be translated; Rather, it is something that has to be experienced to be truly understood.

यस्य दर्शनमात्रेण मनसः स्यात् प्रसन्नता । स्वयं भूयात् धृतिश्शान्तिः स भवेत् परमो गुरुः ॥ २९२॥

yasya darśan-mātreṇa manasaḥ syāt prasannatā | svayaṁ bhūyāt dhṛtiś-śāntiḥ sa bhavet paramo guruḥ || 292 ||

“By whose mere Darśan (vision), the mind becomes delighted with great joy (prasannatā); and firm patience and peacefulness (dhṛti-śanti) happens by itself, he is certainly the Parama Guru, Supreme Master.” - Guru Gita Ch3

Darshan is the powerful superconscious vibration that constantly emanates from an enlightened being, an incarnation or a deity; It is always present, whether anyone is there to receive it or not. The auspicious moment an individual is able to ‘catch’ it becomes the moment of Darshan for them. Darshan can be drawn from the Source by the receiver, by tuning into this superconscious vibration.

The breathing space of an incarnation is like an extension of their physical body. It is a live healing energy-field in which superconscious breakthrough can happen for individuals. When we are completely available and receptive to such an energy-field, we don’t need a technique to catch a glimpse of the same state. Even without much effort from our side, our bio-memory ‘learns’ the expression of enlightenment.

The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam His Divine Holiness Nithyananda Paramashivam (HDH) is the reviver of #KAILASA - the ancient enlightened civilization and the great cosmic borderless Hindu nation.
