Session 1 - What are Chakras?
The cosmic energy is reflected within our own body system as energy pathways. In the Hindu scriptures reference is made to 7 major energy centers or chakras that control the energy flow in our body. These energy centers are called chakras, meaning ‘wheel’’ in Sanskrit.

SESSION 5 - Swadhisthana Chakra
Life is continuous expansion. Any resistance we face in accepting the ever-changing, expanding nature of life is fear. All the obstacles preventing us from manifesting our true potential are just different forms of fear. Overcoming the root of all fears is the greatest liberation one can experience.

SESSION 6 - Manipuraka Chakra
Manipuraka chakra - the energy center located in your navel - is the seat of your life energy. This chakra is the source of extraordinary intelligence and higher aptitudes. Awakening this chakra opens higher possibilities for life and incredible energy to digest not only physical food but all situations of life.

SESSION 7 - Vishuddhi chakra
The vishuddhi or throat chakra is the energy center physically connected to your thyroid. This chakra is responsible for your authentic expression. When this chakra opens, we experience the deep fulfillment of being true to ourselves and aligned to manifesting our own capacities and potential.

SESSION 8 - Ajna Chakra

SESSION 1 - Sahasrara Chakra
Life always follows a higher design. Our existence is not a mere accident. Our birth and the multiple events of our lives happen according to a higher purpose. Realizing this truth activates our Sahasrara chakra and brings tremendous freedom and liberation in our lives, making us experience the Divine.

SESSION 2 - Sarvajnanottara Agama
Sarvajnanottara Agama is a sacred dialogue between Paramashiva and His son Subramanya, where Paramashiva imparts all the ultimate, absolute, and sacred secrets. Through this scripture, Bhagavan Subramanya also demonstrates to the universe how to establish a profound connection with the Guru to receive knowledge.

SESSION 3 - Levels of Mukthi
Enlightenment is not limited to a singular experience. Enlightenment signifies raising your Consciousness, overcoming delusions, realizing the ultimate reality, and extending even further. Enlightenment itself has various stages. One of the initial stages of Samadhi is uninterruptedly experiencing life as profoundly good.

SESSION 4 - How to Relate with Guru - 5 Bhavas
The relationship with the Guru awakens the higher dimensions of ourselves. This sacred connection blossoms when we authentically manifest our potential. The guru-disciple relationship takes five different forms for individuals, known as the 5 Bhavas.

SESSION 5 - Why Guru?
Knowledge can be acquired through teachers, but Conscious Sovereignty—the power to live the life we want, free from bondage—can be bestowed only by the Guru. Receive the boon of Conscious Sovereignty from the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism.

SESSION 6 - Guru Tattva
Guru is more than a person; it is a principle - tattva. Among all tattvas, Guru tattva is the highest. The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism beautifully says that if both God and Guru were to appear, one should salute the Guru first, for if God leaves, Guru can bring Him back, but if Guru leaves, even God cannot return Him.

SESSION 7 - Tyaga of Guru Tattva
In Hinduism, aside from bestowing a disciple with Enlightenment and liberation, the Guru expertly leads the disciple to manifest His ultimate possibilities in daily life by providing practical instructions and guidance. The Guru stretches Himself even more than the disciple to make His disciple manifest his potential.

SESSION 8 - Sri Guru Gita – Living Advaita
Sri Guru Gita counts among Hinduism's most sacred scriptures as it is a dialogue in which Paramashiva speaks to His consort, Devi Paramashivashakti, about the greatness of the Guru. This sacred scripture can provide you with immediate tools to live in the ultimate experience of oneness - Advaita.

SESSION 9 - Sri Guru Gita – Seeker
Being a Seeker is much more than following a few spiritual practices – seeking is intellectual wealth. Intellectual wealth leads us to realize that something more exists in this world, something more than we understand.
