KAILASA Celebrates the Grand Celebration of the Third Day of the Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva Brahmotsavam

November 19, 2023 - KAILASA Celebrates the Grand Celebration of the Third Day of the Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva Brahmotsavam

As the auspicious Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva Brahmotsavam progresses, KAILASA is delighted to share with all the successful celebrations of today’s rituals and ceremonies. The Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva Brahmotsavam holds a significant place among KAILASA’s main festivals as it replicates the Karthigai Deepam brahmotsavam of KAILASA’s Arunachaleshwara temple in Tiruvannamalai—one of world’s most ancient unbroken traditions.

On this third day, a variety of auspicious rituals were performed in honor of Bhagavan Nithyanadeshwara Paramashiva, attracting His Divine grace and blessings upon all. The Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva Devalayam in Bengaluru performed a grand Abhishekam, Alankara seva, and Deeparathana - performing a ritualistic bath, offering of Divine adornment, and an elaborate devotional worship, all in accordance with the age-old tradition of KAILASA’s Arunachaleshwara temple in Tiruvannamalai.

Additionally, KAILASA Tiruvannamalai Sri Nithyananda Jenmabhoomi offered the reverential Mandagappadi twice - respectfully welcoming Bhagavan Arunachaleshwara Paramashiva on His way in and out of the Arunachaleshwara temple for the Divine procession, closely adhering to the ancient tradition.

KAILASA in Toronto, along with the Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva Devalayam in Bengaluru, performed a grand Shankabhishekam - offering sacred waters contained in a variety of auspicious conches to Paramashiva, adding to the sanctified atmosphere of the brahmotsavam.

Finally, KAILASA Los Angeles concluded the Uttaranga pujas after the conclusion of the Skanda Shasti festival in honor of Bhagavan Subramanya - celebrating the delightful marriage of Bhagavan Subramanya with His Divine consort Devasena.

Under the supervision and by the Divine grace of the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, this third day of brahmotsavam was marked with an abundance of auspicious rituals successfully performed in multiple countries, sharing the fruits of Hindu tradition with all without distinction.
