SESSION 1 - Introduction to Nithyananda Spurana
"Nithya" means eternal, "Ananda" means bliss, and "Spurana" means flowering. By nature, eternal bliss continuously unfolds within us. However, due to our delusion and fears, we move away from our original blissful nature. Nithyananda Spurana is designed to align you back with your state of bliss!

SESSION 2 - Four States of Consciousness
Each of us goes through four states of consciousness in our lives: life, death, and in-between states. Our concept of death strongly influences our perception of life and how we experience the in-between states. This is why ancient civilizations placed great importance on understanding the nature of death.

SESSION 3 - Physical Body – Fear, Fear Strokes, Fear of Death
Unless you balance your body, your mind will be continuously caught within it. Whenever your body is not comfortable, you can never forget about it. If you are not remembering your body in any way, it means that you are comfortable in it. Optimal health will naturally happen as a consequence.

SESSION 4 - Pranic Body - Desires
The prana within you is associated with desire. Every time you cherish a new desire, your breathing pattern changes. Identifying and healing unfulfilled desires deeply awakens your prana and heals many chronic ailments and diseases.

SESSION 5 - Mental Body – Guilt
Guilt is a powerful emotion that can hold us back from manifesting our potential. It takes root in our mental body - one of the various subtle layers your system consists of. When it is healed, we experience a deep sense of freedom and enthusiasm for the future.

SESSION 6 - Etheric Body – Pain, SDK Process
The etheric body is associated with mental pain and suffering. Our deepest pains are stored in this layer. When it is healed, we gain the ability to live spiritual lives and easily manifest higher cosmic truths inside us.

SESSION 7 - Causal Body – Darkness, All-Night Meditation
The causal body is associated with the deep pain felt at the time of death that results in coma. The causal body is experienced in deep sleep, in deep darkness. Darkness is a beautiful energy we have been associated with right from birth, and even before - in our mother’s womb.

SESSION 1 - What is Death?
In reality, there is no death in the cosmos. Death is but a passage from one form to another. However, most of us carry deep negative ideas about death; death is sad and frightening. These beliefs are not only the source of our fear of death but the source of all fears in our lives.

SESSION 2 - Katho Upanishad
For millennia, ancient civilizations sought to pierce the mysteries of death and the afterlife in a quest for liberation. In this quest, Hindu rishis succeeded and produced enlightening scriptures to guide humanity to overcome the fear of death and harness its rejuvenating power. The account of their realizations is called Katho Upanishad.

SESSION 3 - Akashic Readings on Death
Natural death is a rejuvenating boon at the end of our lives. Death frees you from false identifications, separating the "I" from the "mine." Learn to differentiate between what is imperishable - authentic - what gives you the experience of the eternal space of oneness, and what is perishable - inauthentic. That will tell you what will truly fulfill you and what will not.

Life is continuous expansion. Any resistance we face in accepting the ever-changing, expanding nature of life is fear. All the obstacles preventing us from manifesting our true potential are just different forms of fear. Overcoming fear is the greatest liberation one can experience.
