REPORTS ACCEPTED BY THE UNITED NATIONS

2.The report on “Persecution, Stigmatization, Discrimination of Adi Shaivite Minority Tradition in India for their Open and Inclusive Stance on Gender Equality for all Eleven Genders” was accepted by the Independent Expert on protection against violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. The report shows how the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism was defamed nation-wide, and illegally imprisoned and tortured for publicly declaring himself to be of transcendental gender with multiple gender identity components, which is a trait of an enlightened being per Hinduism and in alignment with the Hindu Scriptures.
3.The report on “The torture and other cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment inflicted upon the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism” was accepted by the Special Rapporteur on torture.

4.The report on “Prevention Of Femicide - A Report By The ASMT Hindu Community” was accepted and published by the Special Rapporteur on violence against women, its causes and consequences.

5.The report on “Gender Justice and the Right to Freedom of Opinion and Expression” was accepted by the Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of freedom of opinion and expression.
