Responsibility is living and responding to life from the truth that you are the source of and therefore you are responsible for all happenings in and around you.
When you take Responsibility for Vyaktha (what you see and experience), Avyaktha (what you don't see and experience) takes Responsibility for you.
If you take responsibility for all known things, the unknown takes responsibility for you. If you take responsibility for the known part of the world, the unknown part of the world - GOD - takes responsibility for you. When God takes responsibility for you, you are God! You are Incarnation! Incarnation is a being who takes responsibility for everything...!

With responsibility, you can cure all diseases of your headache to cancer. Understand – When you expand and experience responsibility, then a unique grace is awakened in you. Take responsibility for all the things happening inside and outside you and awaken the creativity in you. RESPONSIBILITY IS THE DNA WHICH AWAKENS THE COSMIC HOLOGRAM IN YOU. Responsibility makes you experience your possibility. Responsibility makes you experience everything you want in your life. Responsibility makes you experience the choice of your reality. For whatever goes around you, you may not be the reason, but you have to take responsibility. If the egg is broken from outside, life ends. If the egg is broken from inside, life begins.
Not only take responsibility for your actions, take responsibility for everything which affects your life, even if it's done by others. Blaming others that they are responsible for is not going to make you successful. When you take responsibility for the money of society, you become Vaishya. When you take responsibility for the weapons of society, you become Kshatriya. When you take responsibility for the knowledge of society, you become Brahmana. When you take responsibility for everything, you become LORD SHIVA" RESPONSIBILITY: Blaming others for your problems only makes you feel powerless. Only when you take responsibility you feel powerful enough to solve it. A Leader should take responsibility for everyone’s inauthenticity.
People who not taking responsibility for their own active lives in Animal consciousness (unconsciousness). The person who takes responsibility for their own active lives in Middle consciousness. The person who takes responsibility for others' actions lives in Leadership consciousness / Divine consciousness / Eshwarathuva. Taking on the responsibility without creating pressure or stress in you is Living Enlightenment. When you cannot be caught by a desire not shaken by fear you are Living Enlightenment. Being total in whatever you do is Living Enlightenment. When your inner space looks beyond what returns will be given to you, or what benefits, great things are achieved, impossible becomes possible. Same way, when a Master looks beyond what a disciple is going to contribute to him, he makes him a Master. When I look beyond what you will contribute to me, I make you a Master! In every field, listen, in every field, when you look beyond the possible fruit of that field, great things are Born... Gnana Garbha happens in the womb looks beyond the possible returns... When your inner space looks beyond the benefit, Great creativity is achieved...
